Bonnie and Clyde vs. Dracula Screens at “Indie Films in the Street” in the Kansas City Crossroads
Bonnie & Clyde vs. Dracula will be screening during the Indie Films in the Street event in the Crossroads
Art District on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 103 West 19th, 19th and Baltimore (near Town Topic).
Food and drink vendors will be on site. The screening time will begin just after sundown (around 8:45 p.m.)
and admission is free to the public. Just bring your chair, find a spot and enjoy the show!
Independent Filmmakers Coalition of Kansas City and event co-sponsors The Hemingway Gallery and Ink
Magazine are presenting films on the second Saturday of each month, July through September.
Films screened during the monthly events will include 30 minutes of short films followed by a feature film,
and all films are associated with IFCKC members. IFCKC President Brian Boye stated, “Indie Films in the
Street is an opportunity to support Kansas City’s dedicated and talented filmmakers, and to give local
audiences a unique and memorable experience in the Crossroads Art District.”

Attention East Coast fans of BCvD! Bonnie & Clyde vs. Dracula is an
official selection in the 11th Annual Nevermore Film Fest presented by
Carolina Theatre in Durham, North Carolina. BCvD will screen at this
horror film festival on Saturday, February 20 at 5:05 p.m. (E.S.T.) and
again on Sunday, February 21 at 4:45 p.m. in Fletcher Hall. For more

Looking for a perfect Valentine date night movie? Bonnie & Clyde vs.
Dracula will screen on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 7:00 p.m. at the LAWRENCE

Bonnie & Clyde vs. Dracula will appear for one night only at the Kansas
City CreepFest - Friday, October 30, 2009 at 6:45 p.m. at Tivoli Cinemas
4050 Pennsylvania in Historic Westport. The program includes the screening
of the winning film from the CreepFest Short Horror Film Contest, Brian
Boye's homage to classic horror "Bride," and the Kansas City premiere of
Patrick Rea's latest short film "Do Not Disturb." Tickets are $8.50 for
the show. Also, on Thursday, October 29, at 7:00 p.m. Big Atom will host
a concert by Mr. Fish, the band who contributed the music for the trailer
and end credits of BCvD. Be at the Westport CoffeeHouse Theatre - 4010
Pennsylvania in Westport. Tickets are $10, and the concert is also a
benefit for Harvesters - so bring some canned goods to fill the barrels!
Following the concert, at 8:30 at WCH Theatre there will be a seminar on
micro budget filmmaking and a screening of Big Atom's first feature film

Big news for BCvD- We've just been accepted to the New York City Horror
Film Festival. The fest runs November 12 through November 16 at the
Tribecca Cinema in Manhattan and Big Atom Productions is excited to be a

On the international front BCvD will have it's first ever screening in
Germany at the Amberg Horror Fest. The fest runs October 28 to November
02. Unfortunately our schedule will not allow us to attend this one but it

Jennifer and Timothy Friend will be guests on Darker Side of the Moon, an
internet radio show devoted to spooky things and independent artists. The
interview will take place on Thursday, September 11, at 8:00 p.m. Central.
Their last time on the show they were in the midst of pre-production, so
it will be fun to chat again now that the film is complete.

Bonnie and Clyde vs Dracula now has one festival under its belt. The cast
and crew have just returned from The 2008 Fright Night Film Fest in
Louisville, KY where the film garnered the BEST OF THE FEST award as well
as a BEST ACTOR award for Trent Haaga. We all had a wonderful time and met
lots of great folks. Furthermore Big Atom Productions would like to extend
a hearty thanks to festival organizer Ken Daniels and his friendly staff.

Chicago Horror Film Festival during the weekend of September 26-28, 2008.

previously announced that we will be at the Fright Night Film Fest in

The next official stop for the tommy-gun toting duo will be at the

BONNIE & CLYDE VS. DRACULA MOVIE TRAILER
PREMIERES AT HALLOWEENAPALOOZA FILM FESTIVAL
(October 15, 2007) - Big Atom Productions, a Kansas City-based independent film company, is currently in post-production for the action-horror feature film, Bonnie & Clyde vs. Dracula. This weekend (October 19 and 20), the trailer for Bonnie & Clyde vs. Dracula will premiere at Halloweenapalooza (aka Halloween Horror Picture Show) in Tampa, Florida. International horror celebrities and co-stars Tiffany Shepis (Bonnie) and Grent Haaga (Clyde) will both attend the festival: http://www.halloweenapalooza.net/
The original screenplay, written by Director Timothy Friend, combines the rough and tumble world of 1930's era gangster movies with the violent gothic atmosphere of a classic horror film. When a robbery goes bad and one of their companions is shot, Bonnie & Clyde are forced to seek help at the mansion of the crazed Dr. Loveless. But Loveless has a secret. Deep in his cellar, the recently revived Dracula awaits.
Bonnie & Clyde vs. Dracula was filmed in HD (high definition) by Director of Photography, Todd Norris. Norris, co-creator of the award-winning short films, Killing Michael Bay and Full Plate, was DP for First Date, which appeared at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival. Outpost Pictures provided technical support and personnel (led by Jason Cantu) for the production, which was filmed on location in St. Joseph and Weston,Missouri.
